These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of smart rings from NZ Sleep Rings. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All smart rings are sold by NZ Sleep Rings, a business of JT’s Consulting Limited, a New Zealand-registered company. All sales are conducted exclusively online within New Zealand.
Our rings (R12 and R13 models) are multi-functional smart rings manufactured by Shenzhen Blueberl Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in China. They are designed for personal wellness tracking, including sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and general fitness. They are not classified as medical devices and are not to be relied upon for medical diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring of any medical condition.
These products are sold for general lifestyle use only. Any health-related information provided is indicative only and is not to be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding any health condition.
All products are imported under agreement by JT’s Consulting Limited. While we ensure that the rings are delivered in good condition and in accordance with product specifications, they may carry minor cosmetic variances from sample images shown.
All rings come with a 30-day replacement guarantee for private-use customers. If the product fails or is defective within this period, we will provide a replacement at no cost. To initiate a return, please email sales@nzsleeprings.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law: JT’s Consulting Limited, its directors, employees, or agents will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the smart rings. JT’s Consulting Limited is indemnified against any legal claims arising due to manufacturing faults or device failures originating from the original manufacturer (Shenzhen Blueberl Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.).
This site complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We commit to transparent selling practices and clear disclosure of product limitations.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal or other connected payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
NZ Sleep Rings reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

A replacement will be sent in similar condition to the returned goods:
For incorrect orders to be processed, the goods must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable state within 14 days of the original shipping date.
